Commercial Air
Airport Transportation:
Doss Aviation will provide transportation to and from your arrival airport at no cost. In order to provide this service, you must submit your "complete" travel itinerary (date of travel, carrier, and flight numbers...to include connections) to the below emails 14 days prior to date of travel.
Return Flights:
Shuttle transportation to Pueblo Airport will be scheduled on a case by case basis. Please notify the front desk at extension 8505 at least 24 hours prior to your departure.

To confirm shuttle reservation, please call 719.423.8600 and "0" for the operator. If you experience travel delays, advise the Doss Aviation Operator at 719.423.8600, touch "0".

Commercial Air Travel
In the event you travel via commercial air, plan your itinerary to arrive and depart from Pueblo or Colorado Springs (whichever is less expensive).
Early arrivals (Inprocessing/Start/Graduation Dates) require prior coordination and are not normally authorized. In the event you need special consideration, contact the IFS Registrar. All "additional" transportation and lodging costs incurred by an early arrival will be at your own expense.
While airline travel in civilian attire is presumed, you must inprocess in your AF uniform with flight cap (no service coat).
It is highly recommended that you change into your uniform prior to leaving the airport.
You will not be inprocessed in civilian clothes.
Commercial Air Travel to Colorado Springs:
Inprocessing occurs between 1000-1800 MST. Attempt to arrive no later than 1700 MST to allow for shuttle transport time (approximately 1 hour). Shuttle transportation will be provided for you at the Colorado Springs Airport. Upon arrival, look for the shuttle attendant in front of the information center in the baggage claim area.
If you cannot locate the shuttle attendant or you are delayed, immediately contact Doss Aviation at 719.423.8600 or 8505.
Commercial Air Travel to Pueblo:
Inprocessing occurs between 1000-1800 MST. Attempt to arrive no later than 1730 MST to allow for shuttle transport time (approximately 10 minutes). Shuttle transportation will be provided for you at the Pueblo Airport. Upon arrival, look for the shuttle attendant in front of the terminal.
If you cannot locate the shuttle attendant or you are delayed, immediately contact Doss Aviation at 719.423.8600 or 8505.
When you send DOSS Aviation your itinerary, ensure you communicate the appropriate arrival destination (Pueblo or Colorado Springs).
Should you desire personal transportation but elect to travel via commercial air, you must request funding for a rental vehicle through your current unit of assignment.
